transitioning from summer to fall
where are you on your path? do you look forward to the summer turning into fall? Or not so much. There is no wrong answer. There is an opportunity tho. Learning to be present in the moment can make a huge difference on how your day goes. acceptance is a big word. It doesn't mean you accept what is going on but that it is going on whether you like it or not. Letting go of expectations of what to accept can be a life changer.

sad day to be a woman. the historic overturn of Roe vs Wade
I know I usually am upbeat and share good things. but in this episode Im being very vulnerable, honest and a woman. The United States of America went back 50 years. Roe vs Wade is about a a woman to make decisions about her own body and reproductive life. Ive Never had an abortion and not sure what my decision would have been if I had been in a crisis in my life. The whole point is that women are being shackled AGAIN. and women are doing this to other women. of course its a political thing. I am learning more and more about this subject. if you are in a crisis please call your physician or planned parent hood to help you. The bottom line is abortions will happen no matter where a woman is or if they are legal or not. It's a point of safety at this time. That's all.

May is Mental Health Month
What is your take or understanding on Mental Health? Everyone has mental health and its not what you think it is. Every day life involves how you react or respond. In this episode I repeat again that I am a "reactor" (sounds nuclear doesn't it.!) vs a responder. My daily life involves practice with my meditation and breathing necklace. I didn't know what I was feeling was anxiety. Mostly just apprehension or trying to be in control of others. It wasn't them, it was me. Listen in
