Today's the summer solstice, meaning it's the day of the year when we have the most sunlight and the first official day of summer! Jon Smith, Host of 103.5 The Arrow, also hosts Cool Stuff in Utah and joins Dave and Debbie to talk about the cool stuff we can do in Utah to boredom proof our summers. Some of the things may not be what you first think of! 

Does sleeping in the same bed as your partner affect your sleep? Most likely. But how many couples are actually sleeping in different beds? A new trend is trying to normalize the 'sleep divorce': sleeping in a separate bed than your partner. Dave and Debbie discuss and take listener calls.

Is Utah flipping to a buyer's market? A new Redfin report shows that with the high prices of housing, buyers are gaining power as price drops are becoming more frequent. Also, Redfin’s Homebuyer Demand Index, a measure of requests for tours and other buying services from Redfin agents, declined 17% year over year to its lowest level since February. Russel Faucette, with The Stern Team, talks with Dave and Debbie about this trend and how it effecting Utahns in the housing market.

A new study has found Americans over 45, on average, feel 12 years older than their actual age. How old do you feel? Things like joint, back, and knee pain are the largest contributing factors to feeling older than your age.
