AAA is projecting 50.7 million Americans will travel 50 miles or more this upcoming July 4th weekend, setting a new record…and make sure to watch your luggage. This woman lost her bag but it had an air tag in it...so she was able to track it. She found her stuff - at a homeless encampment. So how could this happen? Jim Moret reports. And you may have heard the heartbreaking story of the American tourists who went on vacation in Mexico and the husband was electrocuted in the resort hot tub. Now his widow is speaking out for the first time saying she almost died trying to save her husband. Plus, the defense began today for the college professor accused of killing her boyfriend, a Boston police officer. This comes after prosecutors played for the jury expletive filled voicemails left by Karen Read. They say she called her late boyfriend 53 times in just five hours the morning he was found dead. And next week brings the first major event leading up to the November 5th election...as President Biden and Donald Trump face off in a debate. It actually is not an understatement to say the stakes couldn't be higher for both men. Here's how they’re getting ready.

Drowning is the number one cause of death for children between one and four according to the CDC. If you've got little ones and you're near a pool, you have to be on constant alert…and when a toddler fell into the family pool - people immediately reacted. Even so, Ann Mercogliano reports, it was nearly too late. And here's something electric car owners may not be aware of, if the battery dies with the doors locked and you're inside, you could be trapped. Les Trent has a simple way to get out that all EV owners should know. Plus, yesterday we showed you video of two climate activists arrested after spraying orange powdered paint on the monoliths of Stonehenge. Well, today two more activists were arrested after several private jets were spray painted at an airport. Apparently they were hoping to tag Taylor Swift's plane. And he's been called the worst boss in the world - among other things, he's was ordered to pay millions to an employee he forced to watch porn. He was once at the top of the charts - one of the biggest names in music...but when Justin Timberlake was pulled over Sunday night, the cop who arrested him for DWI had no idea who he was. Timberlake's lawyer sent us a statement saying he's looking forward to quote "vigorously defending him on these allegations."

He's had a squeaky clean reputation since his early days on the Mickey Mouse Club. However, overnight, Justin Timberlake was arrested and put in cuffs. The singer was taken into custody in the Hamptons after being stopped for driving while intoxicated. The police report says the singer was stopped after rolling thru a stop sign and twice veering onto the other side of the road. He was released after his court appearance.

And three months after college student Riley Strain vanished in Nashville and was later found dead after a night of drinking with his fraternity brothers, his cause of death has been revealed. As Megan Alexander reports, it was a tragic accident. Plus, with the advent of A.I. seeing is not necessarily believing. However the White House is complaining, not about made up videos, but real moments that officials say have been selectively edited to make it seem the president is having a barrage of senior moments. As Ann Mercogliano reports, President Biden's press secretary is calling them “cheap fakes.” And the American Medical Association's code of ethics says physicians generally should not treat themselves or their immediate family. This plastic surgeon was operating on his wife when she had a seizure and later died. Now, he's been criminally charged with manslaughter by culpable negligence.
