Living your truth. How do you know where you’re going? If you cannot acknowledge where you’ve been.
Unresolved emotions from traumatic experiences can linger into adulthood. Therefore, it is important to be honest with yourself, to acknowledge your feelings and to seek the necessary support to overcome such experience. This episode touches on adverse childhood experiences, trauma, mental health and healing.

Follow up: How do you find happiness?
Episode 1 was a trial, wherein I sent the link to a selective few and asked for honest feedback. The feedback I recurved had a common topic, “Happiness” and “how do you find it?”

BE2 (Note:Single Moms): Don’t settle, invest in your happiness.
Ladies, it’s ok to be single. Be happy being you... you can’t swipe happiness or invest enough dollars in it...Especially, if this happiness is attached to another living breathing human, with a mind of its own. Stop taking care of grown men. Holding him down proves nothing if he’s not invested. Back up and let him do his sugar run. JLO- love don’t cost a thing (but patience and time).
