S1 EP4. Doubt Doesn't Make You a Bad Christian
If you've never doubted your faith, you're lying!! Doubt can feel so heavy, so shameful, and pretty bad sometimes. But in reality, it's not the craziest thing in the world. In this episode Kim shares a part of her testimony that resulted in a radical encounter with Jesus, breaks down how the high of that moment made the lows extremely low, and shows us how John the Baptist, Peter, and Thomas all doubted Jesus (and they were with him daily!!) And in true Holy & Hormonal fashion, Kim sheds light on the fact that doubt can feel catastrophic in the luteal phase.

S1 EP3. What God Says About Your Body Image
*Trigger Warning* Today's episode is a bit of a heavier topic. There are mentions of eating disorders - if this is a sensitive subject for you, please listen with caution. Kim shares her experiences being bullied in middle school and how that trauma followed her into her 20s, how insecurities have crippled her, and opens up about her unhealthy relationship with food and body image. And of course, Kim reminds us that the world's standard of beauty is the opposite of God's standard. Kim dives into Romans, 2 Corinthians, and touches on 2 Samuel to share how to combat body image and teaches us how to hold every thought captive to Christ.
