I'm your host Gopal aka G.O.PAL.

As you might have guessed by my name, I'm from India and Jiyopal is a Hindi word that means to 'Live the moment'

And that's what we are going to do here...Take each moment as it comes, with all its ups and downs!

Life is never predictable and so is this podcast.

Strap in for a rollercoaster ride on everything from personal development & motivation, creative process breakdowns, spoken word artistry, mental health, men's wellness & wisdom, gender, relationships, humour, philosophy, pop culture, public policy, law, literature, linguistics, free speech issues, music, technology trends & wild what-if scenarios.

That's a lot to handle I know! So in coming weeks and months I'll be dividing this content into dozens of specific themes. That way if you are only interested in a single theme, you can binge listen to all episodes under that theme via dedicated playlists on the Jiyopal YouTube channel.

And being where I'm from, I'll also be covering India centric issues that are nevertheless of huge relevance to any free-thinking person anywhere in the world who values living in a liberal democracy!

From time to time I'll also be conducting probing interviews with people who matter, on topics that matter to them!

Of particular interest will be how these individuals navigate their life journeys - including crazy career switches, & tips and tricks that we can apply in our own personal contexts.
