Catharine Rice is a 13 year resident of Del Ray, and has served on the City’s IT Commission for more than ten years, five of those as the Chair. Catharine is currently the Community Engagement Manager for Ting Fiber Internet. Prior to this she worked for decades to bring fiber optic broadband networks to North Carolina’s rural communities. -
