It's Okay Not to be Okay
It's more like you been able to express yourself and stop being too over-positive about your life and experiences all the time. You acknowledging that you are human and you go through rough times that bring you down and you should be able to say "I am not Okay" Looking after yourself mentally and emotionally to protect your sanity so that you can be intentional about your honest feelings and authenticity in life.
