People think I am a big proponent of self discipline -- and I certainly am -- but I also believe in not just working hard, but smart as well
In other words, If you know your personal strengths and weaknesses and set your daily schedule up in a way that makes it easier to win, THEN add in a healthy dose of self discipline on top of that optimal plan, you have a much higher probability of success and a much lower possibility of failure . . .
