Through Free Out of School Time and Summer Enrichment Programs that give at risk and troubled youth in Baltimore City a safe space in their community but also provides opportunities to experience cultural, social, recreational, philanthropic, and professional experiences within the City and surrounding areas through field trips and daily youth development that teaches young people to grow and enhance their life, character, social and leadership skills.

Dr. Trenace Richardson is an international keynote speaker, expert group facilitator, award-winning educator, author, and nonprofit founder. Dr. Richardson is also a powerhouse singer who was recently featured on the Netflix series, Voices of Fire, produced by Pharrell Williams. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the public and private sectors, Dr. Richardson is a highly respected leadership researcher and practitioner. She has spoken to audiences across the country, helping businesses, churches, civic organizations, and individuals excel in the areas of personal and leadership development. She has an innate ability to connect with diverse audiences across various disciplines.
Dr. Richardson is currently the Director of the Organizational Development and Learning Institute at the College of Southern Maryland (CSM) where she regularly creates and conducts professional and personal development training for over 500 CSM employees.
