210. HeartShare: The Importance of Transparency in Relationships
In this solocast I talk about the importance of following of transparency in relationships. In order to have authentic transparency in our relationships, we have to first be self-transparent with ourselves. We have to be willing to be vulnerable, have emotional honesty and risk embarrassment and judgement. A healthy relationship can only thrive with transparency, which is the foundation of trust.
