What can you say about a down to earth awesome singer/ star in her own right other than..One of a kind!! Live From The Bay with Joey travels to interview Roslyn Kind. The sister of aclaimed Star Barbra Streisand is no coincidence, and like Roslyn states..similarities are God given in our gene pool. One of the many things that struck me of this star was her humility. With no pretention in the least, her humility and desire to want to heal people is most evident in all her work, whether live or recorded. Take for instance her single "Save the Country", which is so appropriate for this timeframe we live in now. Her credits are so numerous,
Touring with her sister Barbra Streisand, during an 8 city US/Canadian tour and a 6 city International tour, which brought her to acclaimed venues including the Hollywood Bowl, The 02 Arena in London and Rogers Arena in Vancouver. In addition to performing historic duets with her sister, Ms. Kind shared the stage with her nephew Jason Gould and famed trumpeteer Chris Botti.
A vibrant musical artist, Ms. Kind is familiar to both national and international audiences for her headlining appearances at some of the most prestigious venues including Lincoln Center, The Greek Theater and London’s Cafe Royal. The London Times noted “To say she is superb would be an understatement.”
