We answer questions about the vegan lifestyle, provide insight about the vegan journey and feature a variety of guests which include vegan small business owners, vegan artisans, holistic physicians, and healers as well as vegan event organizers.For the past 10+ years, my diet has been plant-based and live a vegan lifestyle. Becoming a vegan literally saved my life after I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Not wanting to live a life taking Metformin, statins, water pills, and steroids (which were making me feel terrible) I looked for an alternative to pharmaceuticals. What I discovered was the powerful health benefits derived from a plant-based diet and have lived medication free for 9 years. I am sharing the great news about the healthy and healing benefits of a plan-tbased way of eating and a vegan lifestyle. My desire is to inspire, empower and motivate you on your vegan journey.
