Conquering Corporate Giants Moipone

On todays episode I had a conversation with Rendani Baumgartner who is a Managing Director at RMB Advisory, she is a Diversity Leader and a Non Executive Director for various entities. Rendani is passionate about bringing positive transformation into the corporate space. She shared with us her corporate journey and the wisdom she picked up along the way. Phokwane Molobye is a dynamic Account Manager who started her career as an Advertising Consultant after having completed a diploma in Digital Marketing. She is pushing the envelope and breaking new stride in the Digital Marketing space. Phokwane shares with us the lessons learnt and the mottos she lives by that have gotten her moving up the corporate ladder. 

Mpho Zim is a young woman who entered corporate as an intern and has worked her way up the ladder. Mpho shares with us her journey and the life lessons she has picked up. She is a mover and shake and does not wait for things to happen to her, she has taken the proverbial bull by the horn and implemented initiatives at her work place that she felt were missing in terms of helping the new entrants to navigate the workspace.

Refilwe Ramasedi is a new entrant to corporate with an amazing energy. She is a recent BSc graduate and has entered the pharmaceutical industry on a learnership. She talks about what experiences she has had so far what she is looking forward to in corporate.

A young woman who started in corporate after not being able to complete her qualification has steered her career to being in a position where is being mentored by 3 of her superiors. She shares her challenges and her triumphs with us.
