This week we chat about the state of play with our BOOM or GLOOM segment. We briefly talk about the buoyancy in the purchase markets, we have a quick chat about a softening Brisbane market. Melbourne goes 3 weeks straight with increasing clearance rates.
We then chat about the state of the Australian economic outlook. WE ARE NOT ECONOMIST!!! We also think that even economists can't get it right. We chat about the outlook being virtually impossible to predicted greater than 3 or so months at the moment.
