Pioneering a Real Estate Career in Dallas with Torrey Littlejohn

This week on SMU Stories, we sat down with Torrey Littlejohn, Senior Managing Director and North Texas Broker Lead at JLL, to discuss her career in tenant representation and strategic real estate advisory.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, Torrey represents local and national corporate office clients in facility and site acquisitions and dispositions. As Co-leader of JLL’s tenant representation team in Dallas, she focuses on strategic real estate planning, financial analysis, and aligning real estate decisions with broader business objectives.

With 25+ years of experience in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and a background in corporate finance at a Fortune 500 company, she brings financial and analytical discipline to complex transactions. She has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal (40 Under 40) and D CEO (Power Broker and Broker of the Year).
