E7: 5 Ways Documenting Harassment is Life Changing!

E7: 5 Ways Documenting Harassment is Life Changing!

In this episode I share the 5 ways documenting harassment changed my life (for the better!). I held off on documenting harassment for years because I felt like writing each instance would make me feel shameful or make the instance more real. I just wanted to forget about it and brush it off. In the end, once I documented, I realized I was validating myself, my emotions, and my experiences around harassment. It empowered me to learn and grow, and continue to advocate for myself. Listen to hear more about how documenting harassment can change your mindset and life!

These are lessons I have learned by supporting my loved ones who are survivors of sexual assault.
