    Y'all I am so excited to let you listen in on this interview that I did with Stacy Bowen. She is a Six Figure Breakthrough Business Academy graduate, and when I met her, she had come off of her- well, she was just finished, and so when she got into the Academy, completed her second year of having the highest personal sales volume in her entire company. And it's not like a new startup company. Amazing. Could you imagine being number one in personal sales? And she has a specific strategy that she uses to accomplish these record breaking numbers.

    Hello, everyone. Kimberly Olson here, also known as The Goal Digger Girl, and I've got my girl Stacy here, and we are going to chat with her because she's such a rock star. I'm super pumped to have her on. Thanks for being on Stacy.

    Thanks for having me. I'm super excited to be here.

    Kimberly Olson:  
    So Stacy, you're a student of mine. You're in Six Figure Breakthrough Business Academy. So I haven't had a chance to get to know you really well, however, you had just been crushing your personal volume and your business. So you were recently recognized for number one personal volume in your company. If you guys can guess she's with Color Street and I have my nails on today. My girl, Deena is like, "girl, your nails are looking a little naked. We need to fix that". I'm like, "okay". But with it, you 100, was it 105? 105,000?.

    Stacy Bowen:  
    It was a hundred thousand, and then like some change.

    Kimberly Olson:  
    I mean, in a year, you guys. Can I repeat that, 'cause some of you might not know. In one year, Stacy did a hundred thousand dollars in personal volume selling nail polish. Okay. Okay. Like, it's not like she's selling this high ticket nutrition program that's a thousand dollars.

    All right Goal Digger, for this training, we're going to do seven Girl Boss habits you need to implement now to get massive leaps in your business, and take massive leaps. So I have seven for you, I'm just going to drop them here with fire for you so you can be inspired, motivated and educated to take the steps you need to make a change. No matter what's going on right now, I promise you it can change if your business is not where you want it to be. If you're frustrated, because you feel like you've tried all the things, or you're just not getting the traction that you want, or you're really struggling to implement and take time to work on your business every day. I've been there. I've been there. I feel you. I understand. And it wasn't until I implemented all seven here, that I was able to 10X my own business and be able to get my business into the multi-million dollar level.

    Okay. Number one, you have to schedule everything. Okay. Those that are masters of their calendars are a masters in all things. I literally schedule everything. I schedule time with my kids. I schedule workouts. I schedule when I'm producing videos like this, when I'm going live, time with my team, sneak peaks for my team. I schedule time to meditate. I mean, all of the things. Now that might be like, "Oh, that's kind of lame", or "man, that sounds so restrictive". Well, I want to ask you if how you're going about your business and your life now, if it feels good to you and you're getting the results that you want, then keep doing what you're doing. But if not, wouldn't it make sense to potentially learn from others that do have that success and the quality of life that you want?

    I work less now than I did a year ago. I took off two months this summer and didn't work at all and was able to make money - a lot of money - during that time, because I was implementing the things I'm going to teach you today. Okay? So if you want the time freedom, if you want to be with your family, you want to be able to vacation and be debt free, and all of those things, you've got to become a master of your schedule. That was not easy for me. I did have to learn time blocking and had to be disciplined to do whatever was on my calendar. Right? I think we all have lofty goals when it comes to our day, we always think we can get more done than we can, right? But if we actually schedule it and really pay attention, like, "Oh, I needed more time for that".

    Or, "Oh, that didn't take as much time". Or you might say, "I really do not like to do a 5:30 AM Spin class. Let me try yoga at 4:30 in the afternoon. Okay? So it's trying things, it's reflecting, it's pivoting, but ultimately it's scheduling everything that you have. Number two is adopt daily non-negotiables. Adopt daily non-negotiables. I call them money, making activities. What are the things that you need to do in your specific business to move the needle and grow the numbers. You know, is it for you, you need to book consults with people. You need to run challenges in a group. You need to produce more video content like this.

    Welcome on everyone, to our training. My name is Kimberly Olson, also known as The Goal Digger Girl. I have a special interview lineup for you today. Okay. Jazzed out of my mind right now, I can't even wait to hear what you all got in store today. This is what I believe. I believe success leaves clues, and I believe that if you study from the best, you will become the best. And that's why I booked some time today with one of my business besties. She's such a rock star. I'm getting to know her so well that I feel like when I meet her, I'm going to hug her and squeeze her into pieces. What's up, girl?

    Hey, how's it going?  Well, I'm very excited to be here. I'm honored. So thank you for having me.

    Kimberly Olson:  
    Of course. Oh my gosh. You are just a powerhouse, but we're actually very different. And that's one of the things I love about conversations is our personalities are different. The way that you just, your brand is Wildly Free. Like, you're just this, I was looking through some of your stuff and you were like being free, like wildly free life like sets you free, right? Like it's all about this just kind of movement that you've created. So we'll get into that, but I want to welcome you guys on. What is your Instagram?

    Kelly Rychart:  
    It's Wildly Free Life.

    Kimberly Olson:  
    Yeah. Wildly Free Life. Okay, cool. So we'll talk a little bit about that, but let me introduce you first. So why don't you tell everyone a little bit about who you are and what you do?

    Kelly Rychart:  
    So I am a mama of three kiddos and, I guess my biggest joy in what I do is just to really help women to really understand their worth right. And really tap into that uniqueness about them to help them just to set their soul on fire. Right? Like we hear you say that all the time. That was one of the reasons why you and I connected so well is because we both kind of feel that way about really helping to empower women and encouraging them to live their best life. Right. And so that's really what I love to do, but I also help to teach and educate women on using products that are gonna help them to be healthy and also live their best life that way as well. So there's a few different things that I do, but that is what I'm very, very passionate about.

    Kimberly Olson:  
    I love that. That is probably why we clicked right away. 'Cause I, I didn't really know you. And once we got to talking, I was like, "I love her, where's she been my whole life?". Like, we're just, you know, like energetically magnetized to each other. So you're top earner in your company.

    All right, so let's talk about the Cold-to-Close Method and how you can actually take a very cold lead, warm them up and turn them into a hot prospect. Throughout this process you need to qualify them. So, if you've never heard that term before, it's a marketing term, a sales term. And when you hear that term, what that means is are you able to make sure, what are you doing to make sure that the person is even qualified? For example, let's say you sell a weight loss system that is $399. And you're talking to a single mom who doesn't work. She's on disability, and that's her only source of income. She's probably not qualified. It doesn't make sense to sit there and push and tell her why she needs the system to lose weight, if she's not financially stable to be able to make that purchase. Okay, that person's not qualified.

    Or if you reach out to someone and then you go on their profile and realize they're in your same company, they're not qualified. Okay? So through this process, we're going to qualify them. We're going to warm them up and then we're going to close more people. So the first thing I want you to do, is I want you to be different. I want you to be different, just like Wonder Woman. Okay? I want you to be different. I want you to be bold. I want you to offer value. I want you to lead with your heart and serve, let go of the outcome, let go of the whole push to close the sale. I just did a group coaching call inside of Six Figure Breakthrough Business Academy, which is my higher level coaching program. And one of the girls was like, "I need 10 recruits this month.

    Like, how do I do that now?". I'm like, no. You cannot recruit 10 people in this month right now, unless you've done all the things we're talking about leading up to this, right? You've gotta' let go of that energy and that vibe because when you come at it like that, you push away the exact thing that you want. How many can relate to this, really pushing at the end of the month. And you're like, "Oh, I gotta' get those sales". And then you don't because you're so- you're trying to make it happen. Okay? So, what you want to do is you want to be different. Surprise people, shock them, ask them about themselves, ask them questions, find out what's going on in their world. You know, if you are in the health and wellness space or the beauty space, ask them questions around that, ask them about their businesses, ask them what they do.

    Ask them, anything. Ask them questions about themselves, fact finding to find out pain points. When you offer value and you don't just go for it and pitch people. I mean, I just had a girl who messaged me, inviting me to her private events. I've never even talked to her before. It was like, really? She sent the link. She didn't even like ask me. I was just like, "she needs my trainings". But we want to be different.

    Kimberly Olson:
    I'm so excited. So we were, we've connected. We are pretty much twins, so y'all, if you love me, you're going to love Nicole. But my favorite thing amongst a million things I've just learned about you is that a lot of you listening have asked me, like, "how have you made these quantum leaps in your business?". And you don't know my story, Nicole, but I overcame a really strong alcohol abuse problem three and half years ago. And so in order to do that, I actually had to work on my mindset and transform that and was able to, you know, finally break that cycle. And so I had this big mindset transformation, but then obviously the money followed, eventually, when I caught up to it mentally with money mindset. So a lot of girls asked me like, "how do I make more money?

    Kimberly Olson:  
    Like, how do I tap into, you know, the mindset work? I know I need to do it". And I think that they think it's sitting on a mat and meditating, and it's not that in my opinion. So what I would love for you to do is introduce yourself, so they can get to know you a little bit better. Tell us a little bit about you and what you do now. And we are going to be talking about the, you know, take that leap, and then that will appear. It's taking that inspired action, following the breadcrumbs as you talk about, but being when you're totally fricking scared and you're out of your mind and you just go for it, we're really going to focus on that today. But just to start, why don't you introduce yourself?

    Nicole Cramer:  
    Yeah, thank you. So I am Nicole Cramer, like you said, my business is Healthy Steps With Nicole, and I am a health coach who coaches health coaches how to sell. Because my big vision and my big passion for this world is to make it a healthier place. And I realized early on, I had a gift for sales because I come from the Corporate world of sales, I had a lot of success there. And what I noticed when I went through my health coaching certification program is a lot of people I graduated with did nothing with their certification.

    All right. So for this episode of #getLIT, we're going to crush your business in less than 10 minutes. We're going to talk about how to sky rocket your result by getting over your damn self and showing up on social media. Okay? So this is the thing. Whenever I do social media audits, I am shocked at how many people are sharing other people's content. They're recycling Pinterest quotes that have been shared so many times they're blurry and pixelated, right? Sharing memories from five years ago. Okay. All of that's great, I love it, but not on your profile. Okay. You can put it in your stories, do whatever. Your profile needs to be about you when you build out your social media bucket, so you know exactly what kind of content you're sharing each day, rotating through that.

    You're going to have a little bit more direction on that, but this is what we're looking for. We're looking for personal selfies with a story. It's not glamour shots, okay? You need to be comfortable in front of the camera. And if you're like, "Oh, I'm a hundred pounds overweight", share that story with people. Guys, if I can post a picture of myself a hundred pounds overweight, "here's what I'm doing to lose weight, feel my healthiest self, you can do it too". That's motivating to people. Especially Facebook. Instagram's a little bit more polished, but Facebook people want real, guys. So when you share a selfie with a story, you share about your kids, your dogs, your husband, travel, all that stuff. Working on curiosity around your products that you sell, if you do affiliate things that you're loving. If you are in network marketing or you're a coach, what does it look like to work with you, all curiosity-based though, we're not selling on it.

    We're not pitching. We're not spamming. We're not putting stuff in people's faces. Listen, this is the key, it's all mindset. It's all right here. When you feel that resistant, when you're about to post it, or you think about posting something and you go, "Oh, that's silly. That's dumb. I shouldn't post that.' Or "who am I?" This is the biggest one. "Who am I to post that?", and you have imposter syndrome. "How can I post about, you know, amazing success I'm having, if I'm not having success", right? Borrow other people's success until you have your own. Shout out a sister, shout out your upline, shout out, you know, results in your company.

    You don't have to say the company names, shout out others, showcase others. When you do that, people associate their success with you. If you're just getting started and you're like, "what do I go live on?". Or "I'm not an expert in my space". You become an expert by doing it, right? So if you sit there and teach moms how to make some healthy snacks for their kids that are gluten-free, you don't have to be a nutritionist to do that.
