Topic: Everyone Is Unique And Gifted. No One Must Feel Inferior.

Because the Word of God says in Ps. 139:14. "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made."

I don't bother what people and the world thinks about me, but I know in God's sight I'm precious, and I'm fearfully and wonderfully made. And you too ....

But, we often hear people complain that God skipped over them when passing out the talents. They envy others who have musical abilities, speak publicly, sing melodious, cook nicely, gifted in playing certsin sports, or have any other talent they don’t have.

But everyone has God-given gifts, even if you don’t recognize or use them. But, it’s dangerous to compare our lives with others. Because it can leave us discouraged, resentful, or even angry, and it will prevent us from being thankful for what God has given us.

God gives us the talents needed to fulfill His plan for us. In 1 Peter 4:10-11, we are told, “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace:
whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God;
whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ...

And in James 1:17: “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights.” God wants us to use our talents to bring Him honor and glory and to bless others and not hold it for our selfish gains.

So, instead of being disappointed with what we have been given, we can ask God to show us how to use them. The more we use them, the more He will bless and give us.

Romans 12:6 says, “Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: in proportion to our faith.”

In thee O Lord, we are a new creation, precious, divine and unique. Lord therefore help us not to compare ourselves with others in either spiritual gifts, in financial matters and professional career and be envious. But help us to praise others for God's blessings on them so that you bless us because of our pure heart, good motives and undefiled love. In Jesus...

Topic: Father's Day! What Gift You Gave To Your Father Till Now?

Ephes. 6:2. Honor your father and mother.

By being grateful and thankful to your father and giving him reverence and honor I believe strongly, is the greatest gift you can present to your dad.

Father's Day is celebrated annually on the third Sunday in June in many countries across the globe 🌎. This day highlights the importance of Fathers and their contributions to their children's lives. This year it was on June 16th. Sunday there is no devotion on You Tube. So, I share on this topic today.

When Father's Day was first celebrated? It was first celebrated in the United States way back in 1909 in Spokane, Washington. This was initiated by Sonora Louise to honor her father, a widower who raised her six children.

We too lost our mom in the early days of our childhood. This story reminds me of my dad who too raised his six children with a single income going through the challenges of life.

And he raised his children in a godly way backed always with prayers. We all siblings are blessed without any lack whatsoever by God's grace. Its because of dad's sacrificial prayers and discipline.

The word of God says in Ps. 34:10. Those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing. It became true in our family because of my father who sought the Lord in all his ways. And he served God in the church and sunday school ministry too sincerely apart from His secular job.

It's every Father's dream and wish that their children are more successful and more blessed then they...

That's the only reason father takes a daunting task to guide children with "Yes And Nos." They take that extra risk for their children as they desire they come up with success in society. And therefore they encourage, motivate, guide and correct them more than mothers, if they stray aside, away from moral values, and from going wrong path. A wise father takes steps to guide them to safety.

Word of God says, in Ephes 6:2. Honor your father and mother.

Children who are in Christ know the value of what the father says and advises them from time to time. They feel dad and mom are most important in their lives next to God. They make every effort to obey dad n mom even if they don't like their advise. They give reverence to the father. They love the father and make him happy by spending time with them, sharing their success and their day to day life stories. They honor their father and take the parents advise sincerely. And such children are blessed like stars in the darkness.

Such children are no doubt also are precious gifts to the father who cherishes their success and blessednes in the society. And become proud blessed father and mom.

Those who are not in Christ however, they think their parent's advises are outdated and obsolete. They go their own way demanding more freedom. Children need to understand moral values never change even when times change. Word of God never changes even if culture changes. They bring sorrow and pain by misbehaving and by not heeding to their precious advise.

Lord we pray that every child will live a life that brings added joy and peace in family. Every child in the family will ever be grateful and thankful to parents as they become older and older.

Topic: Open My Eyes. Open My Eyes Lord To Behold Wondrous Things Of Life.

Luke 24:31. We read that the two disciples eyes were opened and they recognised Jesus, as He broke the Bread. And He vanished from their sight.

In pain, in suffering, in affliction, in answers for prayers get delayed, in sickness, we tend to see with our natural eye and panic often times as we see natural things of the world but nothing supernatural.

We often get scared by the natural circumstances and keep seeing through our natural eye and behave naturally forgetting we serve God who is not only supernatural, but Omnipotent and Omnipresent. We need to learn to live in supernatural by drawing closer and closer to the Lord..

If we mediate 2 kings 6th chapter 15th verse, we see, Ghaazi, the servant of Elisha, risen early and went out, and he saw with his eyes, host of enemy army compassed the city along with horses 🐎 and chariots. And said unto his master in fear, "Alas master, what shall we do?"

17th verse Elisha said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the servant and saw mountains were full of chariots of fire round about Elisha. It simply says, when we are obedient and walk in the fear of the Lord and in faith, we see supernatural power and His wondrous works around us and in us.

Help us to open our eyes 👀 to behold supernatural things of victory, healing and deliverance from fear, doubts, anxiety, loneliness instead of living and thinking negatively of defeated, demoralized life of pain and affliction. In Jesus....

Topic: Attitude! We Are Going To Change When Our Thoughts And Attitude Changes.

Mt 4: 17 Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent ye, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

"Your Attitude and not your Aptitude will determine your Altitude"

"People may hear your words, but they feel your Attitude." If they know you do not care for them, how best you speak they will give a deaf ear. Bcoz they already know your Attitude.

What is a Christian attitude?
God's Word helps us to navigate life on earth, and show His love to the world. By, focusing our thoughts on what is good, trusting in God, embracing peace, nurturing a cheerful heart, finding joy and sunshine in each day.

Speak Life into your life everyday saying, -
I have a purpose;

I am a masterpiece;

I'm wonderfully made;

God has a great and blessed plan for me..

We are not going to change until our thoughts and attitude change. This is why a daily quiet time is important. The time we spend intentionally, sincerely with a longing desire studying God’s Word and in conversation with him through prayer is the spiritual renewal in our mind. We have to get to know God so we know what he expects from us and desires for us.

Repent means “change of mind” towards godliness and forsaking worldliness, filthiness, and the works of flesh.This is the best godly attitude. It makes our lives move away from barreness and witheredness to fruit bearing and being fresh in spirit and green in life.

The word “repent” is actually a Greek word: metanoia. Metanoia means to change your mind—
to turn from death to life,
sin to forgiveness,
guilt to peace of mind,
hell to heaven.

You turn from “my way” to God’s way.... The most positive change in our life will be when we repent of our sin and turn from regret to forgiveness and peace of mind.

We have to learn to think in new ways about our defects and flaws. That’s a new way of thinking.

You probably never thought of that, but that’s repentance! That’s a change of mind.

We have to change the way we think so we can make the most of our strengths instead. To do that, we “must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had” Can read Philippians 2:5.

God wants us to learn to think like Jesus. How do we do that? Again, it’s a choice. We got to make a choice and say, “Lord, how would Jesus think about this?” The more we fill our mind with God’s Word, the easier that’s going to be.

Help us to know Lord, in You, we are born to win, born to succeed and be fruitful and victorious in all our thought life, conversation and in our deeds.....

Some people are the saddest people in the world by the expressions they show. Their faces tell the world to leave them alone.
"I don't want to be bothered. Leave me alone." They suffer all alone. But, as a God’s child you and I can bring that sunshine and smile in their lives.

Bible says in Prov. 15:13. A joyful heart makes a cheerful countenance. But heartache brings depression or crushes the spirit.

Numb. 6 :25-26 says, May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you.

Sarah laughed in unbelief, Abraham laughed in wonder, and lastly both laugh in Joy after the birth of Isaac.

Bible says, "A cheerful heart is more than a medicine 💊, more than an antibiotic which still has side effects.

Let me share few thoughts once again on Smile, the universal language understood by all.

"When you can't find the sunshine be the sunshine."

Topic: Moral values And Character Building..

Mt. 5:16, "Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good that they may glorify your father in heaven."

If we ought to reflect the light of Christ, we need to inculcate good and healthy moral values.

Moral values are defined as "guidelines that assist a person or a growing child to adulthood in deciding between what is right and wrong in order to create honest, credible and pure healthy relationships in daily life." It's crucial for character building.

Few of the moral values for character building and reflection of light of Christ are:

Honesty, Integrity,
Respect, Honor,
Unselfishness, Sharing,
Generosity, Gratitude,
Compassion, Hard work,
Patience...

Without imbibing these moral and godly qualities individuals are destroyed, familes are destroyed due to immoral values, Organisations and churches are destroyed and even nations are destroyed.

Let us see how a strong nation was invaded inspite of taking due care, but without character building.


A true incident:
When the ancient Chinese decided to live in peace, they made the great wall of China. They thought no one could climb it due to its vast height. During the first 100 years of its existence, the Chinese were invaded thrice. And every time, the hordes of enemy infantry had no need of penetrating or climbing over the wall... because each time they bribed the guards and came through the doors.

The Chinese built the wall but forgot the character-building of the wall-guards. Thus, the building of human character comes BEFORE building of anything else in life.That is what our students and young people need today.

Help us Lord to be an example and reflector of thy light in our words, in our conversations to be healthy in purity, and in respecting and honoring elders, pastors, parents, teachers and obey authorities in Christ. In ....
