Amos makes the case for a new batch of Small Forwards being the prescription that has caused the Hawks recent form improvements (and receiving D'Ambrosio from Essendon.)



Hamish could blame the umpires for Essendon's result but has chosen not to. He compares the current squad with the 1993 Baby Bombers and proves they're on track for the Premiership.



Both Hamish and Amos have reached out AFL House to find out what they've done wrong on the back of Essendon and Hawthorn missing out on an AFLW fixture this season.

Hamish looks at Essendon's defensive improvement and why it's Defence that is causing the most improvement at Essendon.



Amos praises the Hawks recent efforts and also looks back to one of the great battles of the 90s with Modra and Dunstall both scroing big in R6 1993.



Hamish also rues Essendon trading Massimo and thinks they'll come to regret it.

Hamish is pretty happy after Essendon have an easy win. Amos thinks that the painful loss to Port will really spur on the players.

Wins to both sides as Hamish says the lid is definitely off. Amos is excited about his Club's future stars too.
