Her Red Right Hand
Hello all!
Jimmy Horrors here. I’m bringing you the first exclusive for the year. Well, it’s actually the first exclusive since October last year.
Firstly, I would just like to say thank you to all those subscribers and patrons who are still here. I have had a lot going on personally, as well as professionally, you know, that pesky day job that always gets in the way of creating. I realise I have neglected you all.
So, I just want to take this time to announce that I will be going back to at least one exclusive per month. I am going to try and get a few more in there, time-dependent, but definitely at least one. I will aim for the first week of every month.
That being said, I haven’t been sitting idle. I have been working on the reimagining of season 1 of the Night’s End podcast. I am about halfway through the production of these episodes.
I have selected all stories for season 4 of Night’s End and have started production.
I have started sending out acceptances for season 2 of After the Gloaming and am reading through subs for the sci-fi project I am working on which will be another 10-episode project.
I am also working on some episodes for those of you who like to listen to stories to go to sleep. I am excited to show you all some of that.
I will provide progress updates as I go along and perhaps even little samplers. Again, I thank you all for being here. Your contributions mean a lot to me. If anyone has any questions, feel free to reach out to me on social media @jimmyhorrors.
Now, onto the exclusive episode this month. This one is called Her Red Right Hand and was written by Shadowswimmer77. A link to them and some of their other work is in the notes.
I also want to warn all listeners, there is some very disturbing topics and events in this episode, and contains material not suitable for all listeners. A full list of trigger warnings is at the bottom of the notes so as not to give anything away. Listener discretion is advised.

The Masque of the Red Death
Hello everyone!
Welcome back! Thank you all for sticking around while I have been a little quiet other then After the Gloaming. I really do hope you all enjoyed those episodes. They are definitely some of my best and I do know some of you have made your way here to the Patreon because of it. Thank you. Season 2 is on its way.
Now, this exclusive “The Masque of the Red Death” by Edgar Allan Poe is in honour of one of the macabre’s most famous writers. Definitely a favourite of mine and is also in honour of the release of Mike Flanagan’s series “The Fall of the House of Usher”. It was a fantastic series and if you haven’t seen it or any of Mike’s other shows, do yourself a favour and check them out.
Coming next week by me is a 7-part series called Dream, which is a mix of Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland and the H.P. Lovecraft universe. You can start listening to that on the 25th of October on The Other Stories podcast – www.theotherstories.net
Also, from the 29th of October I will be releasing 3 Halloween episodes this year on the Night’s End, with stories from frequent contributors, Seth Augenstein and Bram Stoker award-winning writer, Robert Ottone.
So stay tuned and I hope you enjoy this reading of “The Masque of the Red Death” by Edgar Allan Poe.
