Chapter 1 Verse 1 - 7
As the two armies come face to face on The battlefield of Kurukshetra, the mighty yet arrogant Duryodhana is trying to mask his fear and nervousness by admiring the great warriors he has in his own camp. However deep within, he too realizes that Pandavas though less in number are superior to all.

This is the introduction for the first chapter in The Bhagvadgita. It explains on how Arjun is the perfect depiction of today’s common man. How Kauravas and Pandavas represent the negative and divine tendencies respectively that do exist in each one of us. And hence, the Geeta has a solution to our every problem and dilemma.
