Our cover feature is none other than Tressa Azarel Smallwood. Throughout her journey, she survived those that told her no and still prevailed. The show Crew Love consists of me (Charlotte Young-Foye) your Roving Reporting, roving from place to place and having enlightening talks and laughs with different crews in their natural habitat. This fall the focus is fashion! New York Fashion Week is a very special time of the year where we get to see what's on-trend and who’s next to take the fashion world by storm. I'm always for more diversity and inclusion across the board. I need to see more brown faces behind the scenes and as well on the runway. This is why I chose my celebrity stylist and fashion designer, Flee the Goat, to be my NYFW feature. There is a disconnect between Generation X and Generation Y. So, in order to bridge the gap, we need to listen, and we must also be able to hear. I believe Flee the Goat is a voice worth hearing, so be sure to tap in!
