Learning 3.0 with Nick Mackeson-Smith Learning 3.0 with Rustica Lamb

Summary
This podcast episode has been inspired by the David James podcast interview with Tracey Waters on Agile L&D. Tracey taught 30,000 people from a very traditional learning and development process to an agile one, and it sparked my interest to find out who's doing this in New Zealand. My good friend Emma put me in touch with Nick Mackeson-Smith, Founder and CEO of FIVE NZ who develop world-class leaders, learning strategies, and capability programmes to give people an edge in business.
In this episode, I ask Nick key questions on what it takes to adopt the Agile way of learning in a traditional learning team, and he does not disappoint!
