***LIVE***Liz Perkins -The Law Let Her Down

Liz Munster, also known as Perkins, was last seen on the evening of July 31st, 2018, when Warren Sidelinger picked her up from a friend's house in Augusta, Maine. Unfortunately, Liz never returned home, and her family suspects that she overdosed at Warren's residence. They believe he disposed of her body on the side of Weeks Mills Road in Augusta, Maine during the early hours of August 1st, 2018. Although Warren admitted to the police that Liz was with him that night and led them to the location where her body was found, he has not faced any charges related to the incident. Maine's laws concerning the improper disposal of human remains require revision. Detectives informed the family that the only charge possible was for littering. The question remains: why has this individual not faced more serious consequences? Text messages suggest he supplied the drugs that led to her overdose. Unfortunately, due to decomposition, the medical examiner could not determine Liz Perkins' cause of death. We urge you to take a moment and sign a petition for the family to try to get a bill that would change the laws in Maine in regards to disposal of a human body at the link below https://www.change.org/p/justice-for-... --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/locatingthelost/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/locatingthelost/support
