Hello Everyone! My colleagues and I will be discussing why Morris and Hawkins decry the “overreach of the criminal law” regarding the enforcement of public order offenses and whether we agree or disagree with their position. And why or why not? We also will be including examples of public order crimes and discussing public order offenses as “victimless” crimes.

Hello everyone. My name is Janiah Riley. I am sophomore, Justice Studies major at Winston-Salem State University. Today, I am with my colleagues Shamiyah Thompson and Nas Graham. We will be summarizing and critiquing social structure and crime theoretical school of thought.

Biology and Criminology with Janiah Riley is an open space that will allow my audience to be in a relaxing state while fully receiving the information of today’s podcast.
