Spring is in full swing and Ijams Nature center is back with their 3rd annual Fleurish (Flourish) Runway Show. The show will be bringing eco-friendly and sustainable “Punk vs Funk” styles to the runway along with an array of vendors and live music performances. The Elite Tune Series of Tellico Village is joining in on the fun bringing high level musical events to East Tennessee to benefit local non-profit charity organizations. The Avalon Center is an East TN shelter that serves as a safe haven for domestic violence and sexual assault victims and provides them with the tools and resources needed on their journey from victim to survivor.

 

This weekend they will be partnering with Eclipse Paranormal for their annual fundraising event in Harriman, TN. The event will consist of different panel discussions, donations, and two paranormal investigations through the Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary and Old Historic Harriman Hospital.
