Janek on love, death, and potatoes Here and There

In this episode, we're talking to Janek who left his beloved Walachia in Czechia for New York City, or rather for the love he found there. It's a big deal though Janek tries to downplay it and the conversation may often seem like we're putting a knife to his throat, which by the way, actually happened to him many times in Poland.
