    Lucky number 13.........or is it unlucky? Well, we make our own luck here at MHPC! For my first episode back after about a month hiatus, I have good friend and all-around intelligent guy, Pat Cormier. Pat is a friend of mine from back in our undergrad days, where we spent a lot of time helping each other through our degree while also balancing course work and our busy athletic schedules. Pat went on to complete a Masters abroad, working in Spain and Finland. Pat is now back on the east coast coaching soccer, training athletes, and raising the bar for quality sport science based coaching. Sav is the model post-grad student, as she strived to familiarize herself with as many pieces of equipment as possible within the lab, making her an integral part of any research team.
