This week MMA Mental make there first appearance on MMA Victor Radio. Ray and Patrick are joined by two guests from the world of MMA. First up is a true MMA veteran and two time number one contender for the UFC welterweight title, Frank Trigg. Our second guest is TUF 17 contestant Zak Cummings, he breaks down the house for us and gives us an inside view, including the real reason he wasn't picked for a wildcard slot.

Our second guest is Tom 'Kong' Watson. Watson is six weeks out from winning two bonuses in his win over Stanislav Nedkov. Then we swicth across to WMMMA and the two woman who will be Co Headlining XFC 23, Brianna Van Buren and Stephanie Eggink. We then move onto XFC 23 as we speak to 2 of there main card fighters Zach Underwood and Angelica Chavez. They both discuss there careers so far and give there thoughts on XFC and the chance to fight on such a big stage.
