If only women understood the power they have to influence on a man and his ablility to lead and thrive, there will be way fewer problems in the world. Imagine, if the woman is the influence to the man's authority, that makes her the ultimate power source right?. So the man's leadership will be great if her Influence is valued and effective. If it is manipulative, emasculating or stagnant, there will be strife. How to shift from a patriacal and environmentally conditioned mindset to thrive in a purposeful and divine mindset.
