In this episode, Raag rambles about why it's been a hot minute since the last time she aired an episode, due to fatigue and her mental health being kind of all over the place throughout July due to various reasons, both personal and public. She talks about her lived experience partaking in difficult conversations about racism, sexism, LGBT rights etc. especially with family members and how it can take a toll on one's mental health over time. 

In this proper pilot episode, Raag explains the point of this podcast and what she hopes to achieve through these episodes. She also reflects on the process of starting this podcast, beginning from the initial resistance and inertia she felt over the past few months and the sharp contrast of her rashly uploading the first episode just a couple of days ago. This episode delves into tips on how to live vulnerably, embrace imperfection and thus live an authentic life. 

Raag reflects on a Youtube video she just watched and articulates the crucial difference between enjoying the ‘idea’ of serendipity as a concept and really embracing the importance of serendipity as a core value in life.
