Last but not least, UMG is in talks with Deezer and Tidal about a new remuneration approach (artist royalties). Can they fix the (somewhat) broken system or will it be worse?

Been verified is not the same anymore and will never be, nowadays you can do it even on Twitter, historically the most difficult platform to verify anyone.
Recent studies show that if instrumental beats (and music in general) is tuned in a specific frequency - 432Hz - that can have a huge impact in the quality of your life, thinking, sleeping, rest etc. We personally think it's an interesting marketing approach.

By now, we don't even know how many times we have talked about publishing, mechanical royalties, sync licensing, performance and recording rights. It never fails to amaze that the only time musicians (lofi / chill beats producers at least) do something about it AFTER there's a controversy of someone tweets about it. Then again, we've acustomed with the idea that ppl dont really read or listen anymore. If your only concern is playlist placement, this episode is not for you.
