This episode we discuss the growing activity of Spikeball. This recreational activity is sweeping across the nation and is growing in popularity each and every day. Found on many college campuses, this game incorporates a mixture of four square and volleyball to create an active, fast paced activity for all ages. With assistance from the national ranked “Chico Phantoms” Spikeball team, we discuss the popularity and competition behind the up and coming sport.
