Her approach to medicine is getting to the root cause with a medically based and naturally focused approach. She practices a trauma-informed and body-positive model of care.

Elizabeth’s journey to healing began in college, and included traveling to over 30 countries around the world working with US embassy’s to promote cultural awareness and appreciation. Elizabeth said she found radical health in Seville Spain, and now works with clients around the world in her thriving online practice online.

In this episode, we discuss the three pillars of health - physical, emotional, and mental - and how this hierarchy works in reverse to what most people think. While most people come to her for their physical ailments, it’s the mental and emotional issues that are at the root of healing.
