21. My Struggles with Body Image & Journey to Finding Confidence
Confidence is NOT about the number on the scale. I've been 110 lbs and 150 lbs. I've been shredded with visible abs and still wasn't truly confident. In this episode, I dive into my personal struggles with body image and confidence throughout different phases of my life. I open up and share how much I've battled with negative body image, even when you may have thought I was confident. I walk you through how I've found a whole new level of confidence with the hope that it can help you do the same!
