How Trauma Therapy is Helping Heal Inmates with Bailey Hilliard

#59: In this episode, I interviewed Bailey Hilliard, the Inmate Rehabilitation Programs Manager at the Chesterfield County Jail in Virginia. She has a masters in social work and a clear passion for helping those who suffer from mental health issues and trauma.

During the interview I sat down with Bailey and also a HARP Program participant, Jennifer. We discussed what inspired HARP’s creation and how prevalent drug and alcohol addiction are in most jails, Jennifer’s experience going through the program and how it’s changed her life, some of the different healing modalities they use and so much more.
