In today's session we talk about some reasons why you should go talk to a counselor. It's not always because something is "wrong," but because you want to better yourself and achieve your goals.

Definitely go talk to a therapist if you are experiencing mental health symptoms. If you find yourself in crisis where you are suicidal, homicidal, hallucinating, experiencing delusions, not sleeping, not eating, and/or you are self-harming call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
