Believing you are a millionaire or a healthy person means acting in alignment with those identities, even when it's uncomfortable.

If we view ourselves as beings of light, then the challenges we face are opportunities to shine even brighter. Just like tuning a radio to a specific frequency, our thoughts and actions align us with certain vibrations.

    In dark times, our purpose might be to learn how bright our light can shine. It's in the hardest moments that our true strength and positivity are tested. If we only practice positivity where it's easy, our growth is limited. By maintaining our light in difficult situations, we expand our capacity to love and heal.
