In 1981, Ladonna Mathis and her two sons were brutally murdered in their rural South Dakota home. Over 40 years later, the crime has yet to be solved, although most believe the killer to be John Mathis, Ladonna's husband and the children's father.

The Hungryland Preserve is a huge wildlife sanctuary in southeast Florida. Sadly, in 2016, 30-year-old Tricia Todd's dismembered body was found there. But how she got to the preserve in the first place is a shocking and tragic story.
