Skin tags on your body can cause some irritation, but they are usually a  harmless skin growth. The skin tags on your body appear as a growth on  the end of a small stalk. 

But some can be nasty and they may be bleeding. There are a number of reasons for your skin tag becoming painful or bleeding, for example, you may accidentally cut one while shaving, or even tear one while getting changed.
