Being in a new year warrants reflection time and sometimes, what you see in your reflection isn't all too pretty. Sometimes, you see that the very person keeping you from healing, from community, from love, from taking risks, from experiencing life in FULL...is you.
And let me tell you, it's incredibly humbling.
Today we're kicking off Season Two and 2023 talking about how ALL OF US are actually are own worst enemy in some way, shape, or form -- the actual villain in our character arc. There's a reason why we self-sabotage and it's a lot less morbid than you think. What would 2023 look like if we were self-aware enough to realize when we're hurting ourselves and fix our eyes and heart on the only One who can truly help us?
