He is the express image of invisible God,all the God head bodily lives in Jesus, the Lord. He is Lord of all. Imagine, if a small virus can shake the nations, what the effect it will show, the faith of the mustard seed is. Unimaginable, Faith in God can move mountains, heal the sick,raise the dead, calm the tempest, feed thousands with little. Prayer is the next discipline a Christian must practice. The Bible teaches us many a powerful incidents, where Prayer brought great victories. The seas were wide opened, the rocks gave life giving waters, the battles were won single handed. Prayer is defined as talking to God, and listening to Him. Many a battles of life were won on knees than with any other weapon, yes it is like a weapon to demolish the strong holds of the enemy, the Satan. Before emails were invented, many men of God practiced knee mail to converse with God, of course no email can reach God, if we speak literally, but even before the thought came in our hearts, the Lord God knows it from beginning to the end. God is Love. God demonstrates His love towards us, even before we were born Christ Jesus died for our sins, this is greatest act of God, with love towards us the human beings. Yet while we were sinners, God knew and He died for me and you. With His death, He made propitiation for our sins. Now we were saved, the very essence of God is Love. We we show this Agape love to people,that is Godly act. The very word love is an action word:for God so loved the world, and He gave His only begotten son, whoever believes in Him, shall not perish but have everlasting life, the abundant, blessed, redeemed life through the Blood of Jesus Christ. Now after redeeming us from our sins, God calls us His friends. As the old saying goes, "a friend in need is a friend indeed". If we want to live a life of peace and harmony, develop good friendships, friendship is an one time investment and a life time of rewards. Christ like friends, you can find them in Churches and they will help you to cultivate godly friendship values. In times of calamity and crushing experiences, the one person we look forward to is our trusted friend. Some start as prayer partners in Churches and they end up being good friends for life time. The other essential thing is compassion towards the weak and the needy. This is in truth a Spiritual gift, all good gifts will come from God. The gift of showing Compassion, basically is helping saints in their needs,many say, I don't have much to give, but I give anyway, because I know how it feels, when your needs not met. Jesus Christ is our perfect example in this regard, He showed compassion towards the people, when they need it most. With compassion goes the virtue of Caring. People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care. Some lost persons need care, to start their life again, they need a good mentor, to guide, to develop, to cater to their life issues. It demands much time but Christian people love to advise, help, feed the lost persons. The very purpose Jesus came to this world to seek and save that which was lost. He is our good shepherd, who laid down His life in order to save you and me. Come to the caring hands of Jesus, the Lord. Finally, we all need to witness the goodness of God.
