This weeks guest is my new friend Mark Pontius aka @5uitnop aka MAP. I asked Mark to come on to the podcast to talk about his connection with the natural world, as it is an ever present energy that surrounds his day-to-day life in this incarnation. We talk about his experiences navigating trauma with his canine companion & how that work mirrored his own healing, applying what he has learned through playing music to notice the subtle frequencies of plant communication, death as a consciousness who visits our dying companions, how to move towards being in balance with the Earth and much more.
