Faith Walk: Journeying with God through life GOD'S SpokenWords

    • Christianity

It all began with a childhood dream,

A vision I held dear, a future gleam.

Walking with God, I've learned a lot,

Days of tears, of questions, of a renewing my mind with the word of God.

Crying, doubting, rejoicing,

Discovering Christ's wonders at my core.

Unlearning, relearning the truth divine,

A journey of faith, a soul on the line.

I've reached where I dreamed as a child in my heart,

It was a long journey

Understanding myself in Christ's embrace,

Finding God`s purpose, letting go of past disgrace.

Forgiving those who spoke words unkind,

Those who Doubted my worth,

In all this, Trusting God's was what I hold on toTrusting in His abilities, His ways, His faithful word,

In His presence, my doubts all unheard.

This journey with God, is a testament of grace,

A story of triumph, in His love's embrace.

Listen, my friend once told me this truth,

That God's got a plan just for you,

A plan of goodness, not of despair,

A future filled with hope beyond compare.

But it's not about what you've got in mind,

You can't force God's blessing on your own design.

When you walk in His divine ways, divine plan for your life,

He'll give you strength to face each day,

Even when your flesh says, "Give up now,"

His voice inside will show you how to always move forward. Look at Joseph, what a story,

Facing trials but holding onto his view,

That one-day nations would bow at his feet,

Trusting God through every defeat.

He found the power to endure the pain,

Because he knew God was with him, again and again

Look at Jesus, our example so true,

Facing death, he prayed to God anew.

Luke 22:42 “Father, if it be Your will,” he pled,

“Take this cup away,”

Yet not my will, but Yours be done,

In God’s will, He found strength, God’s own Son.

Luke 22:43 An angel appeared from Heaven’s height,

To strengthen Jesus in the darkest hour.

When God sends you forth, fear not, my friend,

He goes with you, His strength won’t end.

Walking with God, Satan stirs awake,

Especially in waiting, when solitude takes.

A season to seek God alone,

In isolation, Satan’s voice may buzz.

I’ve been there, in that waiting place,

Long and hard yet filled with grace.

God came through, strengthening day by day,

Ignoring worldly voices, I chose to obey.

Like Peter, who dared to oppose,

Saying, “Lord, this fate You must oppose.”

But Jesus knew His Father’s call,

Ignoring the world’s whispers, standing tall.

Proverbs 3, 5-6,

"Don't lean on what you think you know,"

In every step, acknowledge Him,

And He will guide you where to go.

I clung to these words in my time of need,

Reminding myself of God's faithful deed.

In Matthew 8:26, Jesus spoke with power,

To His disciples in a fearful hour.

"Why so afraid?" He gently asked,

Then calmed the stormy sea so vast.

If they had known who was with them there,

Their faith wouldn't waver in despair.

Their faith was weak, easily shaken,

For they didn't grasp the power they were forsaken.

But with Christ, we see the fullness of faith,

He's the author and finisher, the One we embrace.

Christ is our faith, our foundation secure,

With Him, we're filled, our hearts pure.

By His Spirit, we see and understand,

Walking in His faith, led by His hand.

So let's fix our eyes on Jesus alone,

Running life's race with faith fully grown.

With the faith of Christ, we stand strong and bold,

Knowing God's with us, our story unfolds.

In my waiting, I strengthen my conviction in Christ,

Learning to discern His voice, clear and precise.

Fine-tuning my ears to His gentle call,

No confusion or doubt, I know His voice above all

In your waiting, remember the faith you possess,

It's not about human understanding, but God's access.

Man's limits fade in His boundless grace,

God's plans exceed what our minds can trace.

Jesus showed us with the fig tree example,

Speaking to mountains, making the impossible simple.

Our minds can't grasp how mountains can move,

But with
