Genesis 2-3 exposes our desires to make kingdoms for ourselves. But Jesus offers a better and truer way.

Where does God live? Where do we go when we die? What is Heaven exactly? Why does any of this matter? Let’s talk about.

From the very first sentence of scripture we can see that Heaven is a central topic in the text. And since The Heavens is something that God created in page 1-verse 1, then let’s start our journey of learning from this foundation truth. This week we examine The Heavens as the place of God’s throne, where He rules and reigns over all of creation.

Who can come into the presence of God? Who is worthy? According to Levitical law, definitely not anyone with anyone with a physical defect or who was ceremonially unclean.  Enter Jesus, who changes everything and still fulfills the law.  

We will all have an encounter with Jesus of Nazareth.  And we will all have one of two possible responses to Him.  Faith/Follow or Fear/Flee.  Which have you been?  Which will you be?
