What is the difference between believers and unbelievers-- Sometimes they are hard to tell apart. They look the same when it comes to morality. But the question is what or who is behind the motivation-- Listen to the allegory that Paul makes between children of the slave woman and the children of the free woman.

What are some basic principles for a pastor-to-congregation relationship-- I believe it is summed up in our Westminster Larger Catechism Questions 159-160- Question- How is the Word of God to be preached by those that are called thereunto-- Answer- They that are called to labor in the ministry of the word, are to preach sound doctrine, diligently, in season and out of season- plainly, not in the enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit, and of power- faithfully, making known the whole counsel of God- wisely, applying themselves to the necessities and capacities of the hearers- zealously, with fervent love to God and the souls of his people- sincerely, aiming at his glory, and their conversion, edification, and salvation.-Question- What is required of those that hear the word preached-- Answer- It is required of those that hear the word preached, that they attend upon it with diligence, preparation, and prayer- examine what they hear by the Scriptures- receive the truth with faith, love, meekness, and readiness of mind, as the Word of God- meditate, and confer of it- hide it in their hearts, and bring forth the fruit of it in their lives.

Have you ever wondered what it was like to be in the early church, when Paul was a missionary pastor, writing his letters to the various churches that had problems-- Just imagine trying to be a peacemaker trying to make peace between Jewish and Gentile believers in such a hard transition from the nation of Israel to the church, without a nation on earth. The Judaizers wanted the Gentiles to celebrate the feast days of the Old Testament but Paul would turn to them and say, don't turn back rather celebrate Christ- He has fulfilled it all-
