The Heart of the Matter: Love, the Holy Spirit, and the Gospel.

The Heart of the Matter: Love, the Holy Spirit, and the Gospel.

PENTECOST| HOLY SPIRIT AND LOVE| FULFILLING SPIRITUAL NEEDS| THE WORK OF FAITH| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

    Acts 2

This podcast episode unveils the transformative power of sharing the Word of God with love and conviction. The proof of Pentecost is the salvation of souls, not theories, packaging, red carpets, or being technically sound. It is the foolish things of this world used to confound the wise. Pentecost was the manifestation of the Holy Spirit from the inside to the outside; it is not a show-off.

Tongues of angels and tongues of men produce sounds as clashing cymbals because they are devoid of love. On the day of Pentecost, atheistic, welfare, and so on were not the reason for the 3000 souls that were added to the Church, it was a result of the Holy Ghost pouring out Agape in the hearts of the Apostle Peter.

The first Apostles spoke stories about /of Christ and the hearts of people were rented because of the love of God. Indeed love is a language everyone understands; it is the language of the Spirit. And, the work of Faith is Love.

Love is an action, not mere words. Love exalts the Holy Spirit not emotions and perception. Love constrains those who are. Spirit-controlled. Love makes you humble yourself and reach out to the lowest to save a soul and go to the highest to turn the hearts of men to God.

The Church is more than an NGO, it is the power of God on earth. Being organized, systematic, and theoretical limits the move of God. Let love stand you up in the power of the Holy Ghost to spread and tell the lost about Christ and His finished works. The proof that the Holy Spirit has filled you is that Love moves you- propelling and constraining you.

Whenever the Word of God is sent (preached/ taught) with power propelled in Love, people hear their own language. i.e. the deepest needs of their hearts are met. Hence, whenever the Word of God is delivered with genuine passion, the message of the gospel resonates with individuals on a profound level, addressing the core needs of their hearts.

Beloved, this teaching will start you and carry you into the journey of spiritual enlightenment. Discover how the language of love and faith can touch souls and bring about profound change in the lives of people; experience the blessing of fulfilling the spiritual needs of men via the Word of God.

BAPTISM OF JESUS: What Did Jesus Really Mean by 'Suffer It to Be So Now'?

BAPTISM OF JESUS: What Did Jesus Really Mean by 'Suffer It to Be So Now'?

DISCIPLESHIP COURSE| STUDY OF THE WORDS AND LIFE OF JESUS IN SYNOPTIC GOSPEL| UPGRADE| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

What is the ultimate purpose of our lives? How do we find true meaning and fulfillment? In this episode, we explore the powerful lessons we can learn from Jesus' first words and actions according to the Book of Matthew.

The first words spoken by Jesus according to Matthew is "Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all
righteousness."Matthew 3 vs 15. Why did Jesus make this statement? Firstly, Jesus mentioned this phrase because it was God's will for Jesus to be baptized by John. Jesus was saying to John that they will be "fulfilling all righteousness" in the sense of doing what God wants—of doing the right thing. In other words, Jesus was saying to John, "We're going to do this because it is what God wants us to do".

Jesus first words and action as rendered by Matthew revealed what Jesus' heart cry, passion, drive, meat(food) and desire as the son of man was "To do the will of His father" John 4:34. By this, Jesus the son of man gives mankind a perfect example of what our heart cry, passion, drive, meat(food) and desire is meant to be which is, "To do the will of His Father". Jesus chose to do this as the son of
man to make mankind understand that we can do same. Man can do the will of God when He lives in and is led by Jesus who serves the Father perfectly.

Discover the secrets behind the baptism of Jesus and discover the deep desire within Him to fulfill the will of His Father. Jesus' life becomes a blueprint for us, showing us how to live a life that is aligned with God's purpose. Join us as we explore the transformative power of doing God's will and find the courage to embrace our own calling.

Access God's Mercy: Empowerment for Boldness and the Seventh Man.

Access God's Mercy: Empowerment for Boldness and the Seventh Man.

BIBLE STUDY| MIRACLES OF JESUS  FOURTH MIRACLE OF JESUS pt.14 | THE FEEDING OF 5,000 MEN WITH 5 LOAVES OF BREAD AND 2 FISHES| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

    Mark 6:31-34.

We are still in the study of the fourth miracle of Jesus, the miracle of feeding of the 5000 as rendered by John chapter 6. In this study, we continue to study the limitations of the Philip mentality.

In the realm of faith, many believers have been accustomed to the 'Philip mentality,' where they rely on intermediaries to communicate with Jesus on their behalf. However, the New Testament reveals a profound truth that empowers us to directly and boldly approach Abba Father for mercy and divine guidance.

Under the New Testament, there is only one mediator between God and man: God Himself (1 Timothy 2:5). Jesus Christ, our Savior, has become our direct pathway to the throne of grace. Therefore, the need for human intermediaries (such as 'Andrews') becomes redundant.

Regardless of our indecisiveness, we can confidently present our concerns to the Lord through prayer. The ability to make wise decisions stems from a vibrant prayer life that connects us to the source of all wisdom and guidance.

The Book of Jude 1 vs 20, admonishes that we 'build ourselves up on our most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit.' This verse emphasizes the importance of establishing a personal relationship with God through prayer. We must not hesitate to approach Him directly, accessing the throne of grace ourselves.

The concept of replacement ideology, where one seeks to supplant others, has no place in the Christian faith. It began with Eve's attempt to replace Abel with Seth. This ideology oftentimes breeds strife and conflict.

In the biblical narrative, it is often the seventh man who triumphs over adversity. From Genesis 32:26-28 to 1 Chronicles 14:9-10, we see the pattern of the seventh man emerging victorious. This signifies the power of perseverance and the need to fight our battles with a spirit of determination.

In the Torah, horses represents strength, courage, and beauty. The Philip in the New Testament, whose name means 'lover of horses,' embodies these qualities. We believe Philip trusted in his analytical and psychological strength, courage and beauty and that continued to weaken his faith; also, it implies that Philip had spiritual strength, courage, and beauty which were dormant until he was empowered via the words of Christ.

True knowledge of God goes beyond mere intellectual understanding. It involves a deep desire to encounter His presence, both manifested and indwelling. By seeking to know God personally, we open ourselves to the fullness of His grace and guidance (Philippians 3:10).

In conclusion, the New Testament empowers us to boldly approach Abba Father for mercy, divine guidance, and the strength to overcome adversity. Let us cast away the Philip mentality and embrace the direct pathway to grace and transformation through prayer and a personal relationship with God.
