This topic stuck out because our flesh will always find a way to focus on the anything other than God. We break down how that plays out in our lives and what the bible says we should do instead.

This week Mason and Cole sit down to talk about the the inevitability of our suffering on Earth. They talk about false notions surrounding the idea of suffering as a christian and how they wish more leaders could say, “I’m not ok.”

In this episode we talk with Mason’s bother-in-law, Thomas, about the spiritual disciplines of prayer, fasting and solitude. We explain them a bit, reinforce their importance and go over some ways to practice them.
