    In our Keyholder Graduation Week’s Meditation Episode, we prepare to take what we have learned into our outer everyday life and/or our next step on the inner path. And so, the main topics of this week are Intuitive Practice and Intuitive Living. We also focus on the quality and power of Stillness and how it supports intuitive practice and living. We discover ‘hidden’ qualities that we have been developing through our advanced practice.  Tony also shares some personal meditation experiences from his own life. And Tony concludes the final episode of the Keyholder Meditation Course with an inspiring graduation speech in which he also shares an intriguing final thought about what it means to be a 'Keyholder'.

We also explore the link between core stability and willpower, to arrive at a vantage point that supports us both in our sitting meditation and our everyday life. This week represents a culmination of our meditation approach in both technique and application and prepares us fully for next week’s graduation of the Keyholder Meditation Course.
